Jaeda believes in compassionate, collaborative care. She’s passionate about helping members take charge of their health through education and support.

She has worked in healthcare for over a decade, including 8 years as an RN and since 2019 as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Jaeda earned her nursing degrees from Dakota College at Bottineau, Minot State University, and the University of Cincinnati.

Jaeda is originally from LaMoure, North Dakota. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, canoeing, and reading mystery novels. She’s known for her ability to connect with people and support them through life’s highs and lows.

Mariah approaches care with kindness, compassion, and a deep belief in the power of connection. She’s driven to make a positive impact—big or small—in the lives of others.

She is an experienced Medical Assistant skilled in taking vitals, administering vaccinations, and assisting with outpatient procedures.

Mariah loves spending time with her partner and daughter. From gardening to bike rides, she values simple joys and meaningful conversations. She brings that same care and presence to her work every day.

Noemy Wilson, MA

Noemy is dedicated to delivering excellent care with warmth and respect. She knows how important it is to make members feel welcome and supported from the moment they walk in.

Since earning her Medical Assisting certification in 2005, she has worked in a variety of healthcare settings, including urology. She’s passionate about helping people reach their health goals and overcoming challenges along the way.

Originally from Connecticut, Noemy grew up in St. Paul, Minnesota. She’s a proud mom and grandma who enjoys caring for her four dogs and houseplants—and never says no to a good Netflix binge.
